What we do

We are a comparison website. We do not sell parking spaces and are not a party to your booking. You book and pay directly with the provider; your booking is governed by that provider's terms, not by these terms.

Provider information

Prices, availability, ratings and terms come from providers and may change. We do our best to keep them current but cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. Prices are indications; you see the final price and terms with the provider before you book.

Compensation and order

We may receive compensation when you book via our links. This costs you nothing extra. The order of results follows the chosen sorting (price, distance or rating); compensation does not determine the order.

Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from your arrangements with a provider or from relying on information on this website, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our part. Statutory rights you always have as a consumer remain unaffected.

Use and intellectual property

The content and layout of this website are protected. You may view them for personal use, but not copy, distribute or scrape them in bulk without our permission.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Language and changes

If language versions differ, the Dutch text prevails. We may change these terms; the latest version is on this page.
